As  a real estate agent, I was continually searching for ways to make the process of selling a home easier for my clients. There is so much stress and angst surrounding the process of moving that I realized the best way to help was taking a long-term, systematic approach. What if there was a better way to manage your home that would enhance its value over the years, keep your major costs predictable, and make it most appealing to buyers when it's time to sell. 


After sitting through hundreds of home inspections as both a buyer's and seller's agent, I took note of all the issues that appeared in home inspections over & over. I recalled the issues that made buyers most nervous, thos that were "deal-killers," and those that were the most costly - and surprising - for sellers. I consulted contractors, service providers, home inspectors, insurance agents, other real estate agents, and home owners, and researched countless hours to be sure I had the most comprehensive list possible. 

From there, I created Stacy Ward Home Management with the ultimate goal of making the lives of homeowners easier while increasing the value of their homes. It's that simple.
